Last week i made some predictions about the book i am currently reading called The Titan's Curse. It is the third book of the Percy and the Olympians series. I said that i think the evil skeletons that can't die were going to capture Percy, the Huntresses, Grover, and Thalia, and bring them to were Anabeth and Artemis were being held. (u might want to read the last post, so it makes more sense) Then i predicted that they were going to save Anabeth and Artemis, and kill the monster Artemis was pursuing. I was REALLY wrong about some parts, but right about others.
First, i waz wrong about the Skeletons capturing them. The skeletons never really hurt or captured any of them, they were just an annoyance to them. Percy and all the rest of the people who were on the quest found where Anabeth and Artemis were, without being escorted against their will.
I was right about them saving Artemis and Anabeth, but they couldn't save the Huntresses who gave their lives to save the quest. One of them sacrificed herself to kill a monster, and the other one died from fighting a dragon and her evil father..........i wish i could explain all of this better, but there is to much to explain!
The monster Artemis was pursuing actually ended up being Percy's friend cow-fish, who is completey harmless and nice. The reason that it waz considered so dangerous is if it is sacrificed, it would be bad. I think that the author should have explained that a little better, because i waz confused about what would happen if the cow-fish was sacrificed, and he could have told some backround info on it. for example....does it have family? how old is it? and more. Percy saved the cow-fish from the gods who just wanted to kill it, and not have to worry anymore.
WELL! THAT WAZ MY LAST BLOG..........BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(
